Fps drop from 174 to 17
can anyone pls help me while playing valo sometimes suddenly my fps drops from 174 to 17 and they are now stuck at 20-50 fps and not only the fps drops but my whole laptop starts to lag at that point.

Might be due to new update
might be over heating
