Unable to log in
We have been using a shared email box of logging in to Cloudflare ([email protected]) with a normal password.
Now we are getting redirected to SSO (as we are using a Nokia domain for email sign in) and we are unable to log in with a password: How do we resolve this? We keep getting a unable to log in error (1001), and then tries to redirect to microsoft.

Thanks for the reply, so I should clarify that it email distribution list (not a shared email), so can't set up single sign on. So how do I go about changing the email address that we use to log in if I can't log in to change the email address?
So, the email domain is tied to a large organisation, and I don't know who (or how to) enable SSO. So we are now permanently locked out of the account?
