Microsoft says payment went through, while riot says not?
As of about an hour ago I bought 35 USD of Valorant Points on Valorant console, but I am still at the remaining amount I was before I made the purchase. So the 3650 that was supposed to be added wasn't, is there something I can do? So I continue to wait? Or do I attempt to submit a refund form?
I have checked Riots payment history and it only shows old VP purchases and not the recent one while Microsoft says it is completed.
