i m tired with riot, they not help me at all

I've done everything Riot wrote to solve my problem, but it never worked, I've replied many times and explained, but they always answer using bot templates and copy paste answers. I even did it before they told me. The photo above is only part of it, there are many more, they answered my question using a bot and the answer didn't match my problem in Valorant and they repeatedly used the same answer.
