From when i transfered my domain over to clouflare,My web pages were working fine but out of the blue i started getting too many redirects error,Any help?

The websites are under proxy
fixed this issue but now i need to disable the always translate http to https
how do i do thta

Cloudflare dashboard -> your domain -> SSL/TLS -> Edge Certificates -> Always Use HTTPS
then switch the toggle

Can i also somehow add whitelist for some ips in order to not show the verification page even if u have ddos attack mode on?
