Preview of Custom Pages for Challenges does not match production

Hey guys, the preview of Custom Pages for Challenges does not match production at all. In the preview, the ::CAPTCHA_BOX:: token inserts a container with the class main-content, which has a h2 header. In production, none of this exists. Instead, there is only a container with the class challenge-form. Why is this the case? Is the preview just outdated? Please see the two attachments for difference between preview and production.
