only thing that i can recommend is having it the second last thing you’ve tabbed into besides val
other than that it’s kinda just pc diff
oh also turn on discord overlay if you don’t have it on already
like i have like 300 fps and 20 ping in val but my discord is geting to 500 ping while im playing
