i can't change riot account's region
I'm Japanese.
A friend of mine has been to Colombia since 2019 and returned to Japan last month. It seems that if you use the Valorant account created there in Japan, the ping will be terrible.
Please help my friend
There used to be a site called Change Region, but it was displayed during creation.
