Dolphin overlaps with Plasma's floating panel in maximised mode

So far it seems to be just Dolphin, video attached below. Disabling the floating panel fixes it, but I would like to keep it, how can I fix this issue?

To be clear, I am opening Dolphin and its window is automatically resizing despite being maximised.

Using NVIDIA desktop.

Also, is this a known issue? If I recall correctly it wasn't happening when I'd just installed and I've changed nothing about the panel or Dolphin since
