MFA option not showing
I have made MFA optional for users. When they first sign up, they are given the option to connect authenticator app or decline to opt in. But if decline initially but they want to enable later on, for some reason the option is not showing when signing back in but when I go to Multi-factor auth settings for a user, it says I can prompt them on next sign in to enable it. But haven't seen much documentation on it, what can I do to approach this?

Hi @djimenezdev have you tried resetting MFA for the user?
I think this should show the option the next time they sign in.

Hey @Claire_Kinde when I go to the users Mfa details , it doesn’t give me a option to reset just says it will be prompted to user in next sign in

Ah, thanks for the screen shot. I might need to involve a different member of our team to see if there is an answer - or if you have found a bug. This probably won't be for at least a day as it is Sunday here.

@djimenezdev Also, one suggestion/query I have is that you try on a desktop browser to reset the user's MFA - just in case it's our mobile experience that has the bug.
