Some concern about zero-trust billing

I would like to seen if standard version could have a better connection experience, but I do not know why it stills shows the prices is 350$ per month even if I choose only 1 user. (only personal usage) Will I get charged for 350$ or 7$? Thank you if you could provide me some information.
