fr tho, press start on your computer and type msinf32 then enter then the same for tpm.msc and enter

look on youtube for enabling tpm 2.0 on your z490 motherboard, should be able to find stuff on there and once you've enabled it it should look something like this
one thing to note tho is that windows sometimes break when you enable that.. a very slight chance but still worth mentioning so you don't get surprised
