Did the new pc only performance finally fix the hdd issue?

I'm really sorry for asking this but I'm unable to download the update and check for myself for a few days. Has the HDD problem (getting stuck at agent select) finally been fixed???

Yea its fixed The issue wasn't getting stuck on agent select tho But yea, that got fixed technically
