CNAME blocked in cloudflare
We have setup a cname (without proxy) for kurser.conversio.dk to chatgpt-kursus-salecto.thinkific.com.
However, we have been banned for this for unknown reasons. Previously we got a 1014 from cloudflare, but now we just get a normal 403.
Anybody who knows we can get this ban removed?

But the thinkific tutorial is showing that we should be able to do this. I would assume that it should work, as long as we had disabled proxy on our cname.

So according to you, the only option is to move our domain from Cloudflare, as cloudflare cannot be used for setting up a cname for thinkific, even though we only use DNS and not cloudflare proxy?
Okay. Thanks. We will ask Thinkific to reach out to cloudflare and get the ban liftet
