CNAME blocked in cloudflare

We have setup a cname (without proxy) for kurser.conversio.dk to chatgpt-kursus-salecto.thinkific.com. However, we have been banned for this for unknown reasons. Previously we got a 1014 from cloudflare, but now we just get a normal 403. Anybody who knows we can get this ban removed?

But the thinkific tutorial is showing that we should be able to do this. I would assume that it should work, as long as we had disabled proxy on our cname. https://support.thinkific.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030360254-How-to-Set-up-Your-Custom-Domain-in-CloudFlare So according to you, the only option is to move our domain from Cloudflare, as cloudflare cannot be used for setting up a cname for thinkific, even though we only use DNS and not cloudflare proxy? Okay. Thanks. We will ask Thinkific to reach out to cloudflare and get the ban liftet
