Infinite Marquee jump" to the start position

Hi! I followed the Infinite Marquee tutorial on youtube but it doesn't seem to work for me. For some reason animation jumps to the start position and the space between text and red circles is way too big, definitely not 1 rem :( Is there a way to fix it?
