yeah, sorry i'm not entirely sure, i've seen some reports online of discordapp.com not returning anything on cloudflare warp in some regions? but that's not the sort of thing i can fix.
as a short term solution, guess you can try enabling dns over http in your browser, setting it to cloudflare, and access the discord website through that route. i know firefox supports this but i don't know about chrome
