Any better way of contacting support?
I recently moved to Australia on an exchange trip from Uni, I log into the new computer I bought and in less than a day it said "account locked". It's been 3 and a half weeks since then and I've made 34 tickets with support. All of which I've received either a bot reply or the same reply of "sorry we can't help you and we won't change our mind in subsequent tickets" this is pretty ridiculous as I can prove I'm the owner of the account. I have all previous emails, transaction numbers bank accounts etc. I provided valorsnt support with all of this and I still get either sorry we don't want to help or a bot reply. I've been playing Val since 2020 and didn't realise it had this shit of a support system
