How would I install `fw-fanctrl`?

It uses
ectool and needs to add service files. I've tried a few configurations, and it seems like this should be possible, but I'm super new to read-only-root, so any help would be appreciated 🙏GitHub

@Kyle Gospo you happen to have had time to poke at this yet? Ik you mentioned a couple weeks ago you were interested in adding this to the Bazzite layer iirc
