that's the base chance, you then multiply it by the stated chance increase
Oh ok, so 00.13 is the base chance for credit cases without anything
Then by opening more and getting le the chances go up
I was just confused because i kept opening crates and it stayed as 00.13

it doesnt affect the chances visually, but its there
im pretty sure +300% is the max percentage increase and that makes it all the way up to that 0.1 which is only a little bit less then the robux crate which is 16x (doesnt get affected by percentage)
