Running the mod manager on linux problems

No Satisfactory installs found. which results in the error you can find in the attatched file. I am fairly new to Linux and kind of out of my depth here so if anyone can help me understand better I'd appreciate it!

There are two SMM (Satisfactory Mod Manager) major versions currently available: SMM 2 and SMM 3. As of writing, SMM 3 is still beta (pre-release), so https://smm.ficsit.app will download SMM 2 (the latest release). You can download pre-release versions of SMM 3 from GitHub: https://github.com/satisfactorymodding/SatisfactoryModManager/releases. To manage mods on dedicated servers you need SMM 3. Refer to https://discord.com/channels/555424930502541343/555785224873574410/1112797828700455085 for instructions. Note: Do not confuse SMM (Satisfactory Mod Manager) with SML (Satisfactory Mod Loader). Please refer to the >smmsml command for more information. https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/834348739539238922/1219058511984464024/SMM2-vs-SMM3.png?ex=6609ebb6&is=65f776b6&hm=4a38ad89ed56bd213e50ba78be7783508d18010d5953f010a7cf733f78029992

Just no idea how to run that file but thanks for the lead!

You have to mark it as executable, just like you did with SMM2

With SMM2 It was already marked that way. Or so I guess since I could just run it via the terminal SatisfactoryModManager_linux_amd64: error while loading shared libraries: libwebkit2gtk-4.0.so.37: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I am sorry but I am just going to try the different builds off github then. I am not downloading stuff from random discord servers.

nightly.link is a proxy for github actions artifacts Because github decided to lock those behind logging in
