Need a good clip software that wont make my fps lower

Im currently using Medal TV to clip valorant. When I don’t have it open I usually get 150-200 fps. Then when its open, I get around 60-90 fps. Can someone please help me with this? Thank you!

geforce experience (on low quality), windows recorder, outplayed are prob the least resource intensive
