her lore is that shes an ex cop so her abilities are Tactical Breach (Q): Description: Belara deploys a tactical charge that can be attached to surfaces. After a brief delay, the charge detonates, creating a small but powerful explosion that can breach reinforced walls or doors and disorient enemies within the blast radius. Effect: Deals damage to enemies and applies a brief disorienting effect (like a flashbang). Entering the Battlefield: "Let's get this done, no room for errors." Signal Scrambler (E): Description: Belara deploys a device that emits a signal in a radius around it for a few seconds. Any enemies within this radius who move will be pinged, revealing their location to Belara and her team.
