They stress that any modification that causes an unfair advantage for players, will lead to a restriction.

I dont think its 100% safe even its not running
Its easy for vanguard to know you installed it, just up to them to decide what happens
I suggest not to install anything sus in a system used for online gaming
hmm you could very easily get banned but I will tell you my personal experience, I have it on my pc installed it didn't rly say anything, if chest engine is open valorant doesn't turn on, I've never tried opening chest engine while valorsnt is on pretty sure that'd get me banned, but your case could be diff and you could just get instantly banned
