Horrific freeze and loading times
I reinstalled the game after many months, the loading screens are unbearable for some reason, deathmatch is unplayable, game doesn't load until the match is over and I'm stuck on a frozen screen, same with other modes but in those cases one or two rounds have passed. Any fix? this didn't happen to me before

you most likely will need to install valorant on an SSD

This is an issue with files loading off of your disk. You might have a HDD. If you do, you should defragment it or get an SSD and place Valorant on it.
Use
windows key + r than type "dfrgui" to check what type of drive you have.

this wasn't an issue back when i played, i did optimize my hdd but no help

I don't have any space on my SSD as it is a small one and most of it is windows files.
yep, this issue is relatively new (few months by now)
watch them optimize the game after i buy ssd
watch them banning you for 3rd party software after opening the pc

well they wont even tell you to buy an ssd in the first place, since they cant just say "you need better specs to play the game"

and it makes really no sense tbh, its mostly vanguard since the game it self loads in custom games in about 8 seconds if ur alone
