Cloudflare IP (104.21.7.64) Listed in Blacklists, Causing Firewall Blocks
Hello everyone,
We’ve encountered an issue where one of the Cloudflare IP addresses we are using, specifically 104.21.7.64, has been listed in some blacklists. As a result, several of our clients' firewalls are blocking access to our services, which is causing significant disruptions.
We are looking for advice or suggestions on how to mitigate this issue. Some potential approaches we are considering include:
Fixing the IP: Manually allowing this specific IP in the firewalls of the affected clients, but we are concerned that this may not be scalable or a permanent fix, especially if the IP listing issues persist.
Exploring Alternatives: Perhaps using a different Cloudflare IP range or rotating IPs as a workaround, though we’d like to avoid constant changes if possible.
Has anyone experienced similar issues, and how did you manage to resolve them? Any input on how to handle this effectively would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Hi @FloppyDisk 💾,
Thanks for the reply.
Their security policies doesn't allow to do this. This was the path they went as a provisory solution. We were looking for a less intrusive one. I'll get a quotation, to see if it is possible. I have the same perspective... But unfortunately I'm not in control...
