I'm having network problem instability indicator when I change my resolution to 4:3

What I already tried 1. Reset nvidia settings 2. Reinstall valorant 3. Delete all my valorant setting files 4. Update my graphic driver ( which I always periodically do ) 5. Reset my pc ( window ) 6. Changing my dns settings 1.1.1.1 to 8.4.4.8 7. Turning off "Internet Protocol Version4 (TCP/IPv4)" 8. ipconfig /flushdns 9. Reset TCP/IP 10. Asking Valorant support team for techincal help 11. Doing their manual ( which is 80% things are done on above ) 12. Send log files as they want me to do ( end up receiving an apology and saying that changing resolution can't make internet issue ) This keep happening for 3 months and it actives on all different accounts and server I'm currently playing Apac servers from South Korea I also having issues with HongKong server's ping that it recently raise up 60 to 70 from 40 I can record clips if you want me to

similar to the issue i had with alt tabbing causing network problem. go to settings > video > general > Limit FPS in Background and turn that off and it should be fixed no idea why this works but reminds me of the issue back in ep1-ep2 when having too much FPS would cause lower tick send/receive rates and locking to 128fps would fix it
