Viper ultimate
How does vipers ultimate work? I understand most of it but the decay factor and where in the ult i should be playing factor is what’s giving me trouble. is it best to just buy judge and lurk in it and how fast does it decay them and what point of health does it not decay anymore?

The viper ult decays enemies until 1 hp when they are in it but if they go out of it their health comes back slowly. I think its best to play both outside and inside the ultimate and buying judge or shorty is a good option too.
