Atomic Structure

How is the path of electron in uniform magnetic field circular??? Wouldn't the electron just deviate towards the positively charged magnet and the path would be parabolic??? Like According to the 2nd diagram we can see there are two magnetic plates one is positively charged other is negatively and we can see the path of electron is parabolic and towards the positive plate??

Doubt solved I got confused b/w electric plates and magnetic plates and i didn't knew how magnets work the electron will feel a force in the z axis +solved
