Server announcing things multiple times..
Heya! I'm hopeful this is the right spot, I'm running a 1.18.2 (forge) modded server, and for some reason.. things are being announced multiple times, and I'm not sure.. why this is happening..

I'm also.. running into an issue where im totally unable to /tp (and others cant as well), people have to use /tpahere for some.. reason..
I'm not sure what setting i've messed up, or which mod it's apart of. I'm using Forge Essentials if that helps, but not even OPs are able to tp without getting a "You're not allowed to enter this area"
