Then something is blocking you from accessing Github where it's trying to pull the updates from. You could try a VPN or a different network such as a mobile hotspot (although the updates can be quite large, so you'd probably just want to try this as a process of elimination)

Worth a try, you should be able to flush the DNS caches with this command sudo systemd-resolve --flush-caches and then try the update, hopefully that helps but I'm not too hopeful.
