Hello,im trying to buy valo points,but every time it gives me a notification that something occured

i tryed buying it like 7x times now,and i know for a fact that my card information is valid and written in correctly,and i have money on my card,so idk whats the problem,but it wont let me buy valo points,not with my card,and not with my paypal,can someone help please?
