Cloudflare Not Receiving Response from Hosting Server

Dear Cloudflare Support, I am writing to report an issue where Cloudflare is not receiving a response from my Hostnin server. My domain name is trendycartbd.com. I have recently noticed that my website is not appearing in Google PageSpeed Insights. After investigating with my hosting provider, Hostnin, they informed me that Cloudflare is not receiving a response from their server. As a free Cloudflare user, I understand I may not have access to live support. However, I would appreciate any assistance you could offer in troubleshooting this issue and ensuring that Cloudflare can communicate with my Hostnin server properly.
