Frame drops when utility and firing
My ssd broke so i got it replaced on the official store (new ssd), for first i thought my val framedrop are caused as its not optimized like i did to my previous val on old ssd. but i already did many tutorials to optimize and got val at 80-90 fps, i thought that will fix it but still have the frame drop issue only when i fire or any utilities are deployed and it happened everytime, i haven't had this issue at all on my old ssd and i have a new one right now so i dont think its the problem please help

A observation of mine is that every animation of gun firing, every utility loading and deploying frame drops but after the first time it no longer happens so kinda a animation loading problem?
pretty sure its just a thing that happens not a bug, loads once, loads easier
But it had to load for every gun and every character utility so my teammate and enemy utility/gunfire also made my frame drop is it normal?
you have 40 fps i dont think you should be playing valorant personally
its stable around like 60 not until utility is deployed then frame drops
just in the video i was using utility to demo the frame drop
