tan(theta)=tan(lambda)/2. (I would like to imagine this as direction of magnetic field at a point due to dipole. Angle of latitutde is theta from dipole)

I think then it should be tan lambda = tan Q/2 Cause acc to diff angle with horizontal to angle with dip hua
