u have to go into bios and enable secure boot
it is enabled tho
maybe downgrade to windows 10 or 11
but i need windows pro
you need to have csm desactivated to have secure boot active i think

csm is a option in the bios that are in the same section that are secure boot

you activate it with a video or by yourself, also you got uefi activated?
Uefi is not a setting in my bios

can you do win + r and type msinfo32, there you can see if you really have secure boot activated and if you got your bios on uefi mode
Press win+r
Type msinfo32
Show ss
it's not the case but just saying, if you have windows home or anything you can upgrade to pro of the same version for free
