Sensible way to choose boot volume for Ally X

Long shot I know - but is there any way to get the dpad working at the grub boot menu? It's kind of a PITA that the only options are plug in an external keyboard, or force boot into the BIOS every time I want to swich OS's.

I don't know if there is a way- but if you use os-prober you can detect your windows partition and add it to grub, then use a command to temporarily set the priority to it and restart, so running it would shut down and boot windows, then restarting from Windows would send you to bazzite

yeah I suppose it really needs Asus to build an boot volume toggle option into the bootloader/firmware

This isn't a direct solution, but I made a little video of the way I'm doing it for my Ally https://youtu.be/WR31wkrxock but it's only viable if you want to be in Bazzite most of the time. The downside is if you wanted to boot Windows from the get go, you need to boot bazzite and then launch the shortcut script to Windows
