@slipkn67 in second step im getting simillar pop up when i run it "WARNING: Skipping xformers as it is not installed." & " ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
torchvision 0.19.1 requires torch==2.4.1, but you have torch 2.4.0+cu124 which is incompatible."
so you have cuda 124 and in the video he recommends an older version 10.8 or 11.8
all the correct versions are given in the guide
i did check i have pytorch 11.8
Successfully installed torch-2.4.1+cu118 torchaudio-2.4.1+cu118 torchvision-0.19.1+cu118
I just ran step 1 & 2 and not getiing the xformers error any more! only getting the pip update notice, i guess it has to do with audio and vison that is deleted in previous videos
