cloud save error bazzite legion go
Hi, I have a made a BTRFS partition to share storage between windows and bazzite.
Currently cloud save is unable to sync. Was playing on a steam oled first. Then I was testing out on the legion go to compare. After exiting the game, the save could not sync.
Kindly advise. Thank you

I've tested to run the game, loads local save on bazzite. Then if I exit. Cloud sync error.
If I play the game offline, then it prompts to overwrite the cloud save
Let's say if I don't play it offline, and I'm playing it on windows. It will state cloud out of sync
If I play from windows, the on bazzite the cloud save is not synced
I have an rog ally z1 extreme and I also have the same problem. did you manage to fix yours?
It looks like you've exited the game but haven't allowed Steam time to upload the save games to the steam cloud before switching to Windows. I get that same error when I game on two different Windows devices and I shutdown quickly on the one after closing the game. iirc you can click on the cloud icon after finishing the game to force the cloud sync if it fails

not exactly, after i exit the game. i waited for the cloud save to be uploaded. then the cloud save error occured. tried retry sync, doesnt work. if i load the game into offline, then i can force the cloud save to have a conflict and choose the latest save
That is so weird. sounds more like an overall Steam issue rather than a Bazzite one, you could try refresh steam with
ujust fix-reset-steam which will keep your games but re-install the steam client. Other than that, I have no ideai have just remap my permission. probably that caused the issue. still ongoing some tests
