Permanently Suspended
Hi, apparently i was hit with a permanent suspension for using prohibited third party tools, which I have not logged in approximately 2 years ago (when covid has relaxed). I booted up the game today and was given this suspension for no reason. I have already submitted a ticket under recover my account - ban/suspension on my account.
Does this mean I permaban? As in no longer able to use this account? Anyone got hit with this and is able to recover it back? Thanks.

Your account may have been hacked
Check the email which the account is linked under and check for any security emails

nope. only me alone. last purchase was 2022 and my last login was 2023.
ok checked through tracker.gg. someone actually hacked into my account.
