@Wilfred@KLK would you mind sending me some of the DNS records that should be working?
Via a screenshot from the dash
Don't need all of them, just one or two
this one is also not working, and this is the problem
Or part of the problems i'm having
Just changed my name to something more appropriate
Trying to hit
apps.
, it is hanging indefinitely, even if I hit the IP directlyWhen i ping the IP i do get a reply..

Sorry, I didn't mean pinging, but actually trying to get it to respond to a request:
Ah, Okey, any suggestions?
Check with your origin server?
another question, is there a way to see what account is linked to the previous DNS Servers?
I'm not sure what you are running/if you have an administrator there, but it seems to just not be responding
but the DNS is also not resolving from the FQND to IP. because if i ping the apps.cdgroup.co.za its supposed to translate to the IP and then give a reply, but that is also not happening
Maybe plonking it in here: https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-email (but you will need to switch the nameserver back, I think)
That one is working as expected for me:
ping apps.cdgroup.co.za
Ping request could not find host apps.cdgroup.co.za. Please check the name and try again.
whats happening on my side then?
That might be that your device's DNS Cache is out of date?
Or an upstream resolver
weird, i tried from another site of ours that is on a different internet source, and did get a repy, but from another IP..
ping apps.cdgroup.co.za

That one is also fine. It's responding with a Cloudflare IP Address
Any DNS record with an Orange Cloud should not respond with the original IP address
Sorry, had a call. and my manager came in..
Okey, do you think i must try and take the proxy down and see what happens?
No, it looks more like your origin is having issues...
So i got some good news.. not sure if its the right way, but after i removed the Proxy everything started working again. The Emails, the apps.cdgroup.co.za resolved and i can open the website. And if not for your information about the proxy i wouldn't have resolved this. Thanks a million, your the MVP
*you're, sorry🤣
Oh, and i had a DNS issue on my side, the firewall was pointing to the AD and the AD was pointing to the DNS
