Cant Connect into Prisma Pulse
Hello Support Team,
This is my connection Link :
postgres://<user>:<password>@vinayakvispute-100xdevs-vinayakvispute4-1688.g.aivencloud.com:12527/multi-resolution-transcoder-pipeline-mux?sslmode=require
But as soon as I put this link in Prisma Pulse's Database connection string it gives me this error "We were unable to process your request. Please refresh and try again."
I have checked on my aiven that all IP are allowed, So let me know How to fix this problem.

I responded to your email. Can you try removing sslmode from the connection string and check?
