I was suspended because my PC turned off and I fell out of the game for 2 minutes, suspended for 2 hours unfairly

obviously I'll have to wait but it's shit to take this kind of punishment for something involuntary
the system cant tell the difference between leaving on purpose and technical issue
I got back to the game right away in less than 5 minutes, it doesn't make any sense
