Question about not having any more work at J2. I’m a engineer working in an analytics team, and for the first few months, I was busy with projects and meetings and coding. But then lately, I’ve gotten a signal from my coworker that there may not be any more projects for me in the next month or so. Most of the work has already been done, and it was easy work, and now I’m afraid that I won’t have any work anymore to justify my position. And it’s not just me, another team member left to join another team cause the backlog of work items was very low. Any advice on how to approach this and stay with the company?

Are you able to make up work somehow?
Convince them they need something, then take your time building it.

Yeah that's really it. Start a new initiative. Or try to join someone else's on a different team
