my mein got locked for third party thing and violating the section 7 and i opened a ticket for that and now i make 2 accs and it banned me after one game

if they don't answer that means the ban was valid

well they have logs as to what was the reason vanguard banned you, you might have been using something that you didnt know was bannable in the background
if its invalid they reply to your ticket
But still isn't it weird that so many people get falsely banned? there are so many tickets!

Normally that message doesn't come with a hwid ban
So you should be fine
Mainly that message doesn't have to do with you using cheats like aimbot or ESP. But it still does mean use a software, That give you an advantage or modify the game or your system in some way that's prohibited. This could be like modifying your mouse inputs, modifying your display, etc.
I deleted files like macros and other stuff like that and the game ran fine
