my mein got locked for third party thing and violating the section 7 and i opened a ticket for that and now i make 2 accs and it banned me after one game

idk what to do I didn’t even have anything running in the background let alone 3rd party tools or scripts

i did for the second time
and the same answer like before i have to wait 4 days that i alredy waited
if they don't answer that means the ban was valid
i asked them to answer me back bc i cant play on another acc
it locks automatickly after one game
were u using valtracker or something?
OFC if you get banned for cheating you get banned on all account
