CF Workers SOC2 compliance?

I just found out https://www.cloudflare.com/resources/assets/slt3lc6tev37/7vZlrNo1tW8fmtSV3ASMqA/d055046a4fd2efeb845e0d2c1e192c55/SOC2_compliance.pdf and based on this workers are not SOC2 compliance?
