permabanned?
I need help cause I got banned during the night while I was sleeping even though the last thing I did was play val at 3 am and when I woke up it said I was banned and my account was locked due to third party softwares even though I never cheated

i've opened tickets three times and they dont respond
like not even a "u got banned for cheating lol u looked for it so we banned u"
