it only does that if its in loading screens, i mean its def not normal but it should let u open it after loading is done
Try to alt tab back in
This may just be an issue with full screen mode
If you can try to swap it to windowed full screen.

you cant alt tab back in if that happens, it happens to me val just refuses to until its done with whichever loading screen its on
also forgor to turn off reply ping..
