It would take a considerable amount of time to 'tell' you how to achieve this effect. If you're not sure how to approach it at all, or haven't made any effort to try anything yourself and provide your code, you'd be better off hiring someone to do it for you - it's a lot to ask for free!
I totally understand it's a big ask. I don't expect a complete solution, but could you at least point me in the right direction or suggest some resources? I'm thinking about learning GSAP for this but still feel a bit unsure. Any guidance would be really appreciated!
Gsap is probably your best bet for any type of animation
