Opinion on these textured polos. Are they versatile for a "smart casual" look.
they have 3 colors, black , white and blue as in pictures. Its cotton but they are known for quality. I need to buy two. Which of these are most versatile for uni days ( formal or informal)

versatilty depends on the other things you are wearing with them
but for "smart casual" which google is telling me is a bunch of basic styles of clothes in neutral colors, all three would fit. pick your two favorite colors and go from there.
