Anyone know if my account got hack and I recover it today and I see the hacker buy new skins on my account can I keep the skins?

technically you can keep the skins, but the "hacker" will most likely just ask his bank to chargeback. this will lead in your account being banned
so just talk to support and ask them if they need to refund them
